1. Who can use LadsInBriefs

LadsInBriefs is for adults aged 18 or over. By using this website or joining the group you confirm that you are at least 18 and that viewing adult-themed content is legal where you are.

2. The community

The LadsInBriefs group runs on Telegram. Joining it means following both Telegram’s terms of service and our community rules, which form part of these terms.

3. What you share

• You keep ownership of what you post. You must only post content of yourself, that you have the right to share and that is legal.
• You must not share anything involving anyone under 18, anything non-consensual, or anyone else’s images or personal information.
• Content you post can be seen by other members. Screenshots and recording are against our rules, but we can’t technically prevent them – only post what you’re comfortable sharing.

4. Moderation and removal

We may remove content, and remove members from the group, to enforce the rules, keep the community safe or keep it active (see staying active). Removal for inactivity is not a ban: you can rejoin. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to a permanent ban.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to help run LadsInBriefs. They are not a purchase and give no extra access, goods or services. If you’ve donated by mistake – for example a duplicate payment – contact us within 14 days and we’ll look into a refund. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

6. This website

We aim to keep the website and the group available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee they will always be available or error-free. Links to Telegram and other sites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, LadsInBriefs is a free community and we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the website or the group, or from what other members do.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
